Upcoming Sessions
Cancellation Policy
Clients must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged. Exceptions may be made for emergencies at the trainer’s discretion. Prepaid sessions/packages must be used within 3 months from the date of purchase. Expired and used sessions are non-refundable. Clients have 10 days to cancel packages or memberships. Clients who arrive late will only receive the remaining session time of their scheduled session. Payments must be made before sessions begin (weekly, monthly, or per session).
